How we handle your data
The trip-request form is the only place on this site where we collect your data. Here's exactly what goes where.

Who processes it

What we collect
Name, email, and optionally your messenger handle, trip type, dates, group size, budget, guide language and message text. The form never asks for passport or payment details.
Why
The only purpose is to answer your request and put together a trip proposal. We don't run a mailing list and won't add your address to one.
Who else sees the request
Your request is delivered to the team via Telegram and via our email provider, Resend. These are delivery processors: they handle the request on our behalf. We don't sell your data or pass it to ad networks or data brokers.
Analytics
We run a self-hosted Plausible instance at stats.modern-travel.ge: no cookies, no cross-site tracking. Your name, email and message text are never sent to it.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence about your request for up to 24 months after the last message, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to [email protected].
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond to such requests within 10 working days of receiving them. In exceptional cases the law allows us to extend this by up to 10 more working days, and we will tell you straight away if we do.
